Delivery Information & Disclaimer

At Tutu Chocolates, we handcraft all of our chocolates with care, and we want them to arrive with you in the best possible condition. To ensure this, please read the following important information about our delivery service:

• Fragile Items
  We only send items we believe can travel safely. Some of our more delicate creations are available for collection only from our shop.

• Handcrafted & Dispatch Times
  If an item is in stock, it will usually be dispatched the following working day.
  If an item is out of stock, please allow a minimum of two working days for us to freshly handcraft your chocolates before dispatch.

• Delivery Services

  • Standard deliveries are sent via Royal Mail, using their current delivery pricing.

  • Next Day Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 24) is available once your chocolates are ready, but not guaranteed for items made to order.

  • Special Delivery by 1pm can be arranged by calling us directly. Customers will need to pay the difference in cost for this service.

• Weather Conditions
  To protect the quality of your chocolates, we only post orders when the weather is suitably cool. We may delay posting during periods of hot weather, as heat can damage the chocolates in transit.

• Packaging
  All parcels are packaged as securely as possible. Once your order has been dispatched, responsibility for handling lies with Royal Mail, and we cannot accept liability for delays or damage beyond our control.

• Click & Collect
  You are always welcome to choose our Click & Collect service from our shop in Watlington. This is the safest option for our more delicate chocolates.
